Introduction
SMART-CAL 360 is an innovative calibration system that takes SENSIT® instrument calibration to the next level. It offers many features, including the ability to log calibration data, time, date, sensor, and pump performance.
In addition, the system can push firmware updates to selected SENSIT instruments without returning the instrument to the factory. SMART-CAL 360 also tracks sensor life and gives an early warning when it’s time to replace calibration bottles.
Standard Features
One of the key benefits of SMART-CAL 360 is its improved data management software, which provides automatic data transfer for compliance reports and notifications of overdue or failed calibrations. Logs can be viewed on the large touchscreen display or reports can be emailed as a spreadsheet or PDF.
SMART-CAL 360 communicates over LAN and Wi-Fi, so the station can be positioned where it is most convenient and accessible, and it works with any SMART-CAL-compatible instrument. SMART-CAL 360 is equipped with many standard features, such as a 7″ touchscreen, IR/NFC/Bluetooth communications, automatic upload of records, calibration/bump memory storage, SD card for database backup, configuration backup, and station firmware updates.
Test Gases
It also has gas bottle supply monitoring, configurable valves, wireless firmware updates pushed to devices, Wi-Fi/LAN equipped (network stations), USB (desktop stations), filtered/replaceable gas port connections, and an LED status indicator (busy, ready, pass, fail, check gas supply).

The system also has automatic date adjustment. SMART-CAL 360 features advanced reporting capabilities, including instrument test past due alerts, instrument failure alerts, monthly compliance reports, custom reports, service reports, and calibration gas expiration reports.
Software
The system is compatible with SCAL-D 360 (Desktop), SCAL-N 360 (Network), and Data Management Software. Finally, SMART-CAL 360 also has text alerts for test-due alerts, and SCAL-D/N 360 Data Management Software is compatible with SMART-CAL 360, SMART-CAL, SCAL-100.
